This is my first attempt at a Flex based application utilizing the Mate framework and the presentation model. It shows a very simple contact manager with searchable functionality. This is only a prototype while I get to grips with the framework and ensure my understanding of it is sound.

Having looked at various examples on the Mate website I found that the majority of these had no animations or transitions and so after reading some posts on the forum I have attempted to add this into my application for future ideas.

The source is viewable using the context menu and the 'view source' option.

I am hoping that I will get some feedback and advice so that I can get a thorough understanding of using the framework, so please feel free to praise or criticise my work.
